Couponix deals primarily in digital gift cards, vouchers, and brand deals. Because these are digital products that are issued instantly upon successful payment, our refund and cancellation policy differs from physical goods retailers. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Gift Cards and Vouchers
- Gift cards and vouchers are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order is successfully processed and the code/voucher has been issued to you.
- If a gift card or voucher is found to be defective, invalid, or undelivered due to an error on our end, we will investigate and issue a replacement or refund.
- Brand-specific terms set by the issuer may apply in addition to this policy.
3. Failed or Pending Payments
If an amount is debited from your account/card but the order was not successfully created, or the gift card/voucher was not issued, you are eligible for a full refund of the debited amount, subject to verification.
Please contact our support team with your transaction reference number, registered email/mobile number, and payment proof so we can investigate promptly.

6. Wallet Credits and Reward Points
Where applicable, refunds for eligible cases may be issued as wallet credits to your Couponix account, or to your original payment method, at our discretion or as communicated at the time of resolution. Reward points and promotional credits earned on a cancelled or refunded transaction may be reversed.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
- Gift cards/vouchers successfully delivered and not reported as defective within a reasonable time.
- Orders cancelled due to suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of our Terms of Use.
- Expired gift cards/vouchers due to user inaction within the validity period.
- Promotional or discounted orders explicitly marked as non-refundable at checkout.
8. Processing Timelines
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, though actual credit to your account may depend on your bank or payment provider's processing times. We will notify you once a refund has been initiated.
