1. Introduction

Couponix is operated as a unit of Eclat Net Advisors Private Limited. Throughout these Terms of Use, "Couponix", "we", "our", or "us" refers to Couponix and/or Eclat Net Advisors Private Limited, as applicable.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, purchasing from, or using Couponix in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, offer-specific terms, brand-specific terms, and any other policy or notice displayed on the platform.

2. Eligibility

You may use Couponix only if you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. By using the platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the platform under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to refuse access, restrict usage, cancel orders, or suspend accounts if we believe that a user is not eligible to use the platform or has violated these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

Certain features of Couponix may require you to create an account or provide information such as your name, mobile number, email address, billing details, and other transaction-related information.

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, OTPs, and account access.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur through your account.
• You must immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse of your account.

Couponix shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials or from unauthorised use caused by your negligence.

4. Our Services

Couponix provides access to gift cards, vouchers, brand deals, promotional offers, savings options, and related digital services from various brands, merchants, issuers, aggregators, and service providers.

We may add, modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove any service, brand, product, feature, offer, or category at any time without prior notice. Availability of gift cards, vouchers, offers, and discounts may vary based on brand, issuer, region, inventory, eligibility, payment status, and applicable terms.

5. Gift Cards, Vouchers, and Brand Terms

Gift cards and vouchers purchased or accessed through Couponix may be issued by third-party brands, merchants, aggregators, or voucher issuers. Each gift card or voucher may be subject to specific brand terms, validity periods, redemption rules, usage restrictions, exclusions, and cancellation conditions.

• Gift cards and vouchers may be usable only at specified brand outlets, websites, apps, or channels.
• Validity, denomination, redemption method, and usage limits may differ for each brand.
• Some gift cards may be non-refundable, non-transferable, or non-cancellable once issued.
• Gift cards may not be exchangeable for cash unless specifically permitted by the issuer.
• Couponix is not responsible for refusal of redemption by a brand due to reasons beyond our control, including expired validity, incorrect usage, brand system downtime, or breach of issuer terms.

You are advised to read the applicable brand terms carefully before purchasing or redeeming any gift card, voucher, or offer.

6. Payments and Transactions

All purchases made on Couponix must be paid through the payment methods made available on the platform. Payment options may include UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, payment gateways, or other permitted methods.

• Orders may be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
• Payment failures, pending payments, or delayed confirmations may result in delayed or cancelled order processing.
• Prices, discounts, fees, taxes, and charges displayed at checkout shall apply at the time of transaction.
• Couponix may cancel or hold a transaction if it appears suspicious, fraudulent, incorrect, duplicated, or in violation of applicable terms.

Couponix does not store complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, internet banking passwords, or other sensitive payment authentication credentials. Payments are processed through authorised payment service providers, subject to their respective terms.

7. Refunds, Cancellations, and Failed Transactions

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, brand-specific terms, issuer rules, and the status of the gift card or voucher.

• Once a gift card or voucher is successfully issued, it may not be cancellable or refundable unless expressly permitted.
• Refunds for failed payments, duplicate payments, or unsuccessful orders may be processed after verification.
• Refund timelines may depend on banks, payment gateways, payment method, and internal verification.

If a transaction amount is debited but the order is not generated, please contact our support team with the transaction reference number, registered mobile number or email address, and payment proof.

8. Offers, Deals, Cashback, and Promotions

Couponix may display or provide promotional offers, discounts, cashback, coupon codes, brand deals, referral benefits, or limited-period campaigns.

• Offers may be valid only for a specific duration, brand, category, user group, payment method, or transaction value.
• Couponix may modify, withdraw, extend, or discontinue any offer at any time.
• Cashback or rewards, if applicable, may be subject to verification, minimum transaction value, holding period, fraud checks, or brand confirmation.
• Misuse of offers, creation of duplicate accounts, fraudulent referrals, or suspicious transactions may lead to cancellation of benefits and suspension of account.

9. User Responsibilities

By using Couponix, you agree that you will:

• Use the platform only for lawful and personal or authorised business purposes.
• Provide true, complete, and updated information.
• Review order details, denomination, brand, quantity, and recipient details before making payment.
• Use gift cards and vouchers strictly in accordance with applicable brand terms.
• Not misuse, resell, duplicate, tamper with, or fraudulently obtain gift cards or vouchers.

10. Restricted and Prohibited Use

You must not use Couponix for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorised purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Creating false accounts or impersonating another person.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulent payment instruments.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, crawl, copy, or misuse platform data.
• Interfering with platform security, servers, networks, or payment systems.
• Using gift cards, vouchers, or offers for money laundering, illegal resale, prohibited goods, or other unlawful purposes.

We reserve the right to cancel orders, block transactions, suspend accounts, withhold benefits, or report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required.

11–12. Third-Party Services & Intellectual Property

Couponix may include services, links, offers, payment gateways, brand pages, advertisements, or integrations provided by third parties, governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, security, or performance.

All rights in the Couponix platform — including design, layout, text, graphics, logos, branding, and content — are owned by or licensed to Couponix and/or Eclat Net Advisors Private Limited. Brand names, logos and trademarks of third-party merchants belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification.

13–14. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Couponix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation, or the continued availability of any brand, voucher, discount, or redemption option.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Couponix and Eclat Net Advisors Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Couponix, Eclat Net Advisors Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, partners, agents, vendors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use or misuse of the platform, breach of these Terms, violation of law or third-party rights, or fraudulent/unauthorised conduct.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Couponix at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable policy, your account or transaction appears fraudulent or unauthorised, you have misused offers or promotional benefits, or suspension is required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Suspension or termination shall not affect any rights, obligations, liabilities, or remedies that accrued before such action.

17–18. Privacy & Force Majeure

Your use of Couponix is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Couponix shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyber-attacks, network failures, payment gateway downtime, bank delays, or brand/issuer system outages.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts and tribunals located in India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the platform, or any transaction made through Couponix.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update, modify, or replace these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of Couponix after such changes are published will be treated as acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
